"The crew at Northern Aviation are good people who's integrity can not be beat. Starting with our prebuy inspection and the repairs of items found. We were informed completely along the way. What we "needed" to have repaired, what we "might want" to have repaired, and what doesn't affect the plane but noted as a matter of principle. A family run operation with non family members too, but you wouldn't know they weren't "family". As we arrived to ferry our plane back we found a couple mechanical issues that weren't found during the pre buy. The team jumped on the diagnosis and repairs and were generous in our favor with the cost. Taking ownership that they inspected the plane and were going to make it right. They didn't have to give a discounted price. We knew the issues were difficult at best to find during a prebuy, but they gave a discounted price anyway. I could go on about several other things they did for us, like picking us up from the airport, rides to our hotel when we were delayed, inviting us to join the company BBQ for lunch... Our most sincere thank you to David and all the crew at Northern. Honesty and integrity. You'll find it at Northern Aviation."
