"I just had my first session in the new infrared sauna and it was amazing!! I loved the old one, but the new sauna is extra fancy and has a little more legroom. It has Bluetooth, so you can play your own music or podcast or whatever you want to listen to while you’re in it. If you want lights on you can adjust the brightness and change the color of the lights. The whole setting is clean and calming and feels like an upscale spa. The towels are luxurious and they thought of everything possible, including filtered water and fancy lotions for when you get out. My whole body feels more relaxed and looser than it did before I went in, and I needed the mental health break as well. I will definitely be making this a part of my regular self care routine."
