"The worker named Jay should be fired. Came in looking for some parts and this guys gave us attitude straight as we entered store. He treated us terribly. When giving him information he was rude about it and as we cashed out he just walked away. I still had another question but he didn’t even give me time to ask it. Terrible costumer service and I worked in costumer service for years AutoZone do better. To add to my comment I tried to call to speak to the manager but this person answered and hung up right away"

"I’m pretty happy with my most recent experience with the guys over on Muldoon, they answered all of my questions and helped me pick out exactly what I needed even when I couldn’t remember the name or brand for the life of me. However, special shoutout goes to Steven up front. He had a woman hurling abuse at him the entire time I was in the store, for something that was very obviously out of his control (package lost in the mail or something, it was silly). Between cussing him out, screaming so the entire store could hear, entering and exiting multiple times to make a huge scene, and interrupting other customer transactions, I’m pretty amazed at how well Steven handled that situation, especially being the only employee up front the whole interaction. The entire time this woman was threatening him with corporate punishment or whatever, Steven kept his cool, helped me out, figured out what the exact product I needed was, and was timely and polite. I feel bad for the guys after witnessing what they have to deal with, and I can only hope that his boss starts thinking about a raise or bonus here shortly. 10/10 experience + free entertainment."

"Well here on the Eastside this is your Autozone. I have dealt with some good helpful staff and bad ones here. Depends what time of day and how busy they are. If it is the wrong time and the rude ones are there yikes….but I will be back it takes a lot to really make me upset. I am glad they are here. You go here for the prices on stuff not necessarily for the staff in my opinion. If you need quality parts or you are doing something critical to your car…..you should go elsewhere."

"I called this morning looking for a battery for my son , trying to help him out as he is new to anchorage, just recently stationed there with the army . i ended up buying one online as directed by staff on the phone but first i specifically asked if anyone would be able to help him install it and was told yes . we have used auto zone for years , for many cars we own and always had help with swapping the battery . The nice guy that helped me over the phone this morning assured me that my son would get help . When my son arrived to pick up the battery he was told he would not be helped with install, he explained that he doesn’t have any tools , he was advised to come back later and was told they would help then . i also called and explained that my son does not have tools and politely asked if someone could please help him and that he can go back anytime, i was rudely told yes we will ! . my son went back and staff was very rude , manager treated him bad and said absolutely not , we will not do it , we are too busy . there was only one customer there and also my son was willing to wait as long as it took . i have never experienced anything like this and i ve been to many auto zones , i could of bought the battery somewhere else if i knew my son wouldn’t receive help and would be treated this way. i will also be filing a complaint with corporate as this behavior was absolutely unacceptable"

"This AutoZone store is the best auto parts store I've ever been to. The friendly staff makes all the difference, especially Chris, Roman and James. They were fantastic. Helped me in a jam with some parts on my niece's Corolla and withstood the cold to help test the Battery and Alternator. I highly recommend this AutoZone if your needing parts in Anchorage."
