"I have nothing but good experiences when going to this Hot Topic. I don't go very often but whenever I do I feel welcome. I remember the second time that we went in they remembered us from our very first visit and were super friendly. If we are in the mall just walking around and they see us they speak to us. They have helped us with ordering things that might be out of stock, making sure we know the deals going on so we can get what we want for a good price, and provide a great atmosphere to make customers feel welcomed. "Went looking for anime stuff for my daughters xmas present. The worker was very helpful and polite. I like alot of the things there but even for black friday the sales were not great in my opinion but I will come back. I was looking for Black Butler anime and they have 2 tees that i wanna get. But in general they have alot of band tees and character type tees. Not for everyone but they do have fun stuff."
