"For decades years this was the go-to place for hardware in Anchorage area run by honest management. Things have sure changed. I went in to buy a snowblower and they refused to honor the advertised price or the coupon I was given by joining their rewards program. Very strange behavior for what has always been a good local shop to patronize. Needless to say they have lost my business forever."

So much is available that one should definitely make this one of the stops if you need anything outdoors or for jobs at the house. I was impressed with the selection and stock of things. I had 6 keys made while I was there and was served well by the caring staff. There is a Post Office in the back of the store why not! Just to add to list of why make this a stop while you are on Muldoon. Get the Amish Country Popcorn while you are there too. A must need snack. Pop your own or be lazy like me and get the microwave bags."
