"I'm very disappointed with my massage and it could very well be the worst massage I've ever had. I told the massage therapist that it was a very SLOW and very EXPENSIVE lotion application. The pressure was so light. My 15 pound cat makes biscuits harder than what she does and that I wanted a refund. Her excuse was that "everyone in the building doesn't do pressure massages and that it's a very light pressure 'lymphatic massage'". I've had lymphatic massages and THAT wasn't it. She also stated that she was going to tell the manager about my feedback but I haven't heard anything or received my refund. If I could give zero stars I would."
