"Horrible business policies !! Takes money from people! Using the entire amount of the account to pay off her machine!! The person had a medical problem and couldn’t do it after 1 treatment and she didn’t care since she used that money already! You do NOT use money that hasn’t been medically used!! I believe that is fraud then on top of it has the audacity to turn her into collections!! I would say go at your own risk and have lots of money and do NOT sign up for the payment plan this person uses!. Not a place I would ever send anyone there! Said she was qualified hmmm not sure about that!! Maybe it’s time a group who have been used by this company should get together and talk to the BBB!! Shame on you Hibiscus Beauty and Wellness . Most qualified people would have checked out if the treatment would affect the persons skin or if they would have a reaction! Sorry for the rant but honesty and non-honestly really gets me going!!!"

"Well I'll start off with going to my appointment and she never showed up. I sent a Tex, FB message, and Called.. this was at 2pm.. didn't get a reply back till 9pm.. that should have been a eye opener for me. But I gave her a second chance to reschedule my appointment. Went to my appointment, then the next day I had a bad skin reaction, had to take time off work too it was so bad. I told her about it and I guess she thinks she's a doctor and thought she knew how to make it better next time. I refuse to do a another appointment and wanted to cancel my loan from cherry, and she is the only one who can cancel it per cherry. I didn't even want a refund of the money I put down already, just CANCELED IT!!! She wouldn't do it and she informed me she already paid the money she received towards the machine...which I didn't need to know.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would not recommend her to no one!!! Stay Away!!"

"Was really excited about it showed up to the location showed up to the location no one there. I even had a confirmation text with the address on it less than 3 hours before! I called the number and the woman was extremely rude saying that they moved and hung up on me. I called back again because I wasn’t liking how everything was going and she was still being really rude so I asked for a refund. Would not recommend I think it’s a fraud!"

"Elijah will steal your personal info and fraudulently apply for extra cherry loans in your name since she gets all the monEY right away. she doesn't clean her equipment regularly and will service multiple people at one time with no privacy or separation. DO NOT GIVE HER YOUR PERSONAL INFO edit: this is what she does, gets your cherry money and then sets up multiple appointments only to cancel them for whatever reason; she is sick, she wont be in for another hour, she thought she told you a different date...."
