"I liked it there. I only moved because I had issues with my roommate. Other than that if I ever moved back I hope yall take me back. Lol"
"Leased an apartment here for 8 months. Dont have a lot of good things about this place. Upstairs windows would leak HUGE AMOUNTS of melted snow when its about 30° outside. Apparently, its a known issue and they cant fix it unless they replace the whole window. Winter time at this apartment complex is the worst; you get 1 assigned parking spot and you’ll be lucky if they plow it even after a big snow storm hits. If you live with roomates/ spouses they have to park in guest parking which NEVER gets plowed in the winter! My pregnant wife and I had to shovel a new spot for our vehicles out everytime we came home from work because upper management wouldnt get anyone to plow the guest parking spots. And everytime we came home, someone would take the newly shoveled spot we just finished up with and we’d be left to shovel again. We’ve brought this up with management plenty of times and their excuse is that it’s, “guest parking,” so it’s first come first served. Heat also never gets past 70° inside the apartment, and the quick fixes they made towards the heating didn’t last as my family had to buy 3 space heaters to keep warm this winter. When moving out we made a small hole in the wall from moving furniture and I let them know during the walkthrough. They proceeded to charge me over $400 from my $500 security deposit for 9 hours of paint/wall repair. We made 1 hole in the wall and they claim they had to “re paint” the whole apartment because of that. BEWARE in the lease agreement, if you lease under 24 months, they’ll charge you for a whole repainting of your rental when you move out. Would only recommend this place if you’re just trying to get an apartment to settle down for a couple of months, I can’t imagine people living here longer than 6 months with no issues whatsoever."
"Lived in Brighton Woods for a year and a half Elizabeth in the office was amazing! Always so friendly and works with you when life happens (or pandemic) the apartments are old and not much light gets to the windows at the building but they were clean with new flooring when I moved in, neighbors had been there a long time and very friendly. It is a not great area so lock up your car leave no belongings, my second vehicle parked in guest parking for over a week while I was out of town had the plates stolen off of it. But that was the only issue. It’s small, it’s an apartment, but the staff was great and it was clean and the outside well kept."
"By far the worst property management. Have had multiple issues with heat and plumbing and issues get put off and when maintenance finally comes out, they put bandaids on and call it good. Units are overpriced and the water is master metered, which means everyone’s water is split up. So if you aren’t home using water, you’re paying for your neighbors to use their water. I do not recommend living here till they price out units appropriately, meter the water usage properly for individual units, and fix the major issues. *Update: my heat has been out all day and had the maintenance come 3 times today, instead of even attempting to fix the heat properly, I get a small little floor heater dropped off and told to deal with it for 4 days when they can have someone come fix the issue*"
