"Put in work order someone came looked at it. Said they would be back and still has not returned at yet."
"They took $70 worth of application fees, and a $250 "holding fee", and then when I called, they said that "all the windows are broken, and the apartment won't be available until October". This was in August. They offered to refund the holding fee after I got angry, and said that someone would call and I could talk to them about refunding the application fees. Neither of those ever happened. I eventually did a chargeback with my bank, which was only successful for the holding fee. They then sent a threatening email to me that said that I wouldn't be able to rent from them anymore since I'd done a chargeback. Would give -100 stars if I could. Garbage and predatory company just out to steal people's money."
"SCAM! Please save your money and don't apply to this website. They took an application fee of $35 plus a $250 holding fee that was to be taken out of the total move in cost, or returned if I was denied. They partly approved me with a cosigner, took my holding fee, then never responded to me again. Never answering any of the two numbers on their website, or the personal number of the "leasing agent". I called daily, leaving voice mails each time. They never denied my application, they canceled it only after I disputed the charges with my bank. I waited until a week before I was supposed to move in to dispute them to give them plenty of time. If this isn't a scam it is the worst service I've ever received."
"For the second night in a row and that’s not counting all the other days so I am being nice! These people got their workers doing construction in the apartment above from us. No email, no phone call, no nothing to notify the tenants that it would be going on. Very unprofessional, unpleasant, and disturbing at very inconvenient time of the early morning and night! They don’t even have the curtesy to notify. They start working 0700-0800 in the morning and working late at night at 2100-2130. I’m reasonable but those times are a bit much. It’s bad enough that you can hear everything through the walls. They got people singing and playing music. If your workers are in such a rush why not work through out the day and then finish at decent time, not 2100 at night! They stop at sometime early afternoon then come back late afternoon after 1600 and work late. What schedule are they on. Finally Called and made a complaint because we are patient and understanding and didn’t change again today, like how unprofessional. Can’t really blame the workers as much as the property managers that don’t seem to know what they are doing since they took these apartments over. They are the ones who should of straighten this out. Enough is enough! You get what you pay for and I’m so glad our house will close soon in the next couple months cause this is the last straw."
