"Really great people here, staff and residents alike! Wonderful place to go trick-or-treating or to put on your next-year caroling."
"Current manager has no skills or knowledge to have this position! He allowed his girlfriend to do all paperwork and gave access to work computer and all residents information, which is against the LAW! It’s HIPPA violation! He lost 5 rent payment checks in 12 months and accused us for not paying. He was absent for more then 2 weeks with no contact information available for residents and their families! last winter, all exit doors, except one, was blocked by about 3 feet of drifted snow, creating extremely dangerous situation for elderly residents! The was also an incident when Company failed to pay utility bill for so long, that residents received door hanger tags, advising them their power was about to be shut off. Only intervention by an outsider got the situation resolved. In other words, if you have a loved one take them somewhere else."
