"Just for the record, I am not in the habit of posting bad reviews, but this is an extreme case and needs to be said. Honestly, if it were possible to leave a zero-star review, that is what I would be selecting. I have NEVER had such a horrendous customer service experience by one employee at a store before, but Luz at the Wasilla location takes the cake! After multiple issues with her switching my billing cycle to the incorrect period, she told me I needed to be placed on autopay or we would have to “lessen” my bill by returning an item or two. Mind you, the reason I refuse to do so is because she continually switches my billing cycle and, therefore, has broken my trust which, in turn, has made me very uncomfortable with that option. It’s perfectly understandable that it may just be a consistent malfunctioning system when she alone tries to do anything, but that is no fault of mine and I will not, quite literally, pay for those mistakes. When she tried telling me that she hasn’t ever made any mistakes in my account and I interrupted her, she demanded I stay quiet so she could speak and I did. Then when I tried explaining the situation from my point of view and she interrupted me, I reminded her that I remained quiet when she had spoken as asked and, therefore, should be extended that same curtesy. SHE CONTINUED INTERRUPTING ME even as I was saying that! I let her know it was highly inappropriate that she wouldn’t give me a moment to speak when she had expected me to do so for her (she was still interrupting me as I was saying this) and if she continued, that I would hang up on her because it was also very horrible customer service. I had to raise my voice to speak over her because she would not stop talking as I was! There was not a heartbeat of time where she would allow me to speak and I became so frustrated with her blatant lack of manners/customer service skills that I did as promised and hung up on her. The behavior of someone in her managerial position was so shocking that I felt obligated to post in order to warn other potential customers. This was absolutely not ok."
