"They don’t follow up on any of their maintenance issues. They don’t winterize the outsides of their windows very well. The rules that tenants are supposed to follow aren’t enforced. They are so expensive for such bad quality."

"Terrible communication. After going through what was a somewhat normal process to look into renting a house, including paying for and filling out the application, the communication got worse with no responses to inquiries. After the application was accepted, we asked to see the house before we signed the lease and were ignored. It felt like a scam to sign a lease that required prorated rent, a month’s rent in security deposit, all the utilities transferred to our name, etc. without being given the chance to see the property. When someone finally scheduled time to see it, they canceled the night before (it wasn’t done being cleaned) and didn’t respond to messages or calls for days. Some homeowner is missing out on rental income because the company couldn’t bother to call, text, or email, and couldn’t give an explanation for why we couldn’t see the property before signing a lease. Why would I sign a legal contract and pay before seeing what I am signing for?"
