She reccomended products, gave me samples and coupons, and suggestions. She went as far to call my doctor and talk to him. My visit was pleasant and I will be visiting again."

"If on the website it says your office closes at 4:30, why is your office closed when I call at 3:45? The passcode that was promised by Thursday through email didn’t come and today is Friday, and the office is closed"

"Completely unorganized and frankly, it’s concerning that these people are even practicing medicine. I made an initial appointment after moving to town to get my injectable approved with my new insurance. When I came in, they knowingly set me up with a PA who can’t approve injectables, but the PA was nice and said she’d set me up with one who could. I was charged $250 to be told that and they didn’t even have my file created yet. Then, they sent me to get lab work. When I showed up at the lab a week later, Senter Derm. never sent them the paperwork. The Labcorp techs and I had to call the office multiple times and request for them to send them. They STILL didn’t have a file on me so they had to scramble to make up the lab work request. Once that was worked out, I was finally able to get my injectable - over TWO MONTHS after my initial appointment. To get my next dose, the PA had to fill out a piece of paper for the producer of the Rx and they never responded to multiple requests to simply sign a paper. I even called and left messages and they never called me back. I’ve missed doses now and am back to suffering from my condition while I search for a new dermatologist who actually cares about patients. Don’t go here unless you want to be forgotten."
