"Courtney has been doing my hair and my 17 year old daughter’s hair for the last 5 years now. I found her when I needed a serious color correction after attempting to go from very dark brown to lighter, having that go catastrophically bad with another stylist, and then losing all trust and trying to fix it myself. My daughters hair had been over bleached and she was looking to tone it down to more cool colors, have a trim to keep it healthy and learn how to style it. We have been so happy with the services Courtney provides. Our hair has been colored and cut perfectly each time and we have never left with anything other than a confidence boost and looking great. She is professional, knows exactly what she is doing with balayage and complex color mixtures, is smart, and funny, and creative, she takes and devotes her time, is a perfectionist, makes you feel special, and goes above and beyond to teach you how to style it at home. Courtney is truly an artist (her canvas is just hair). We absolutely love her and we couldn’t be happier we found her."

"Courtney Jochens is a stylist here and is very unprofessional. A client booked an appointment and paid $300+ (they also tipped) to go lighter in a balayage style, and left with a botched job, unannounced to the client. Upon discovering the terrible job performed after leaving the salon and requesting a refund from the stylist, they were blocked on social media. This is terrible service as an independent stylist, let alone as a salon who will not intervene and assist. Take a look at the pictures and decide for yourself on the work performed here. This client is entitled to a full refund. Do the right thing!"
