She also did my brows, which I hadn’t had touched in years after having someone make them way too thin, and I’m so happy with the shaping she did—they’re perfect. "Sam gave me a chemical eye burn. She told me that it was because I kept opening my eyes during the appointment. I had let her know this was my first time getting extensions and she should have warned me to not open my eyes if that was the case. She responded with “well i see 20 clients a day i can’t keep track of what others don’t know” this worried me for other girls because sam does not care about each client since she sees “20” a day. Overall terrible experience and only received a half refund. She also didn’t let me get a refund until I let her remove the lashes, i told her i didn’t trust her touching my eyes with chemicals again, she responded with im not letting you have eyelashes and a refund, making a dumb decision and eager to get my money back i let her remove them and was left with an even worse burn that had me ending up going to the hospital. Be Careful with this business!"
