Idk if she was tired or just had a bad day but I immediately wanted to walk out because how unwelcoming is that! SMH. She needs to learn that she works in customer service & if she doesn’t want to do nails, QUIT . The man on the other hand gladly offered me a seat and got started on my pedicure."

"Steven is my nail, and he does a great job, but I've used the other technicians there, and they did a wonderful job too. My nails last a solid 3weeks, and in all the years I've been going there, I've only had a couple breaks."

My go to is Kong or his wife, but anyone there does amazing work! Kong always makes sure my nails are shaped and lengthened the way I always want them!"

"Visiting my Parents, my mom and i went to Ivy to be pampered. People were nice and it was pretty clean which was a factor for me. However, as you can see my toes nails are cut super low on one side. Both big toes!! Now my fake fingernails are super fake looking, super big and cut twice. Steve was a quiet man until he tried to up sale my man as they both laugh, as we all know exactly what he is up too. Up sale everything haha My mom had to go back for them to fix four nails that the shellac was not done properly."
