"Excellent experience, great folks all the way around. I visited all of the various spa storefronts in Anchorage and settled on Arctic Spa for a variety of reasons. Not only is the quality and design of their product superior for our climate, but they're great to work with. The other stores I visited spent an inordinate amount of time trying to talk me into features that add a lot of $$$ to their bottom line but didn't really appeal to me. The Arctic Spa folks were not pushy at all, rather very knowledgeable and patient as I learned about their product and made my decision. Today was delivery day and the crew was fantastic; very professional and extremely skilled. They spent extra time to walk me through the spa operation and make sure I was setup for success which was greatly appreciated. If you're interested in a spa, I highly recommend an Arctic Spa."
