"I tried to work with Jack Wade, but he did not seem to be interested in selling a property. He did not return phone calls, one of the basic functions of a realtor, so I replaced him, which drew his ire. He also puts no effort into his ad photos and descriptions, and does not pick up the broken glass and dead mice (etc.) before he shows a property. Go elsewhere."

"I can't rate them based on any property dealings, because frankly they even just seem so inflated with their sense of self worth that I really doubt they have any properties below 6-figures. I had applied for a photography job through one of their agents - that is, I finally found out that the guy worked through Lambros after about 4 emails. He sent me a list of job requirements and a set of images I had to match and exceed the quality of. I said yes an agreed to an unpaid application/test-shoot so he could see my workflow. Never heard from him again, even after two follow-up emails asking if my photo examples were good enough. Terrible communication and is a very poor business practice for anyone, much less a fancy-pants real estate company."
