"I am not sure how they have good reviews unless they pay people to give them good review. I agree with other review to stay away from this company. My fiancée rented from them and they will absolutely not give back your deposit. Even on their move out form it says they will "try and return" but they charge you a crazy high amount for a cleaning fee more than the high end of the cleaning for that apartment size. The document says the invoice is attached but it was not and when you ask about it the response is to fill out a form to request a review of the deposit charges hoping you wont take the time to fill it out. They are not a company to would rent from the management is bad and the apartments are cheaply built."

She explained everything up front and made sure I had everything I needed to move in. She went out of her way to show me the apartment virtually since I was not in the area and has been very helpful with everything after I moved in. She is very pleasant and a pleasure to work with.
