"They bill this place as luxury apartments. The walls are so thin I could hear the neighbors talking on the phone. There is never any parking and I’m sorry but for almost $2k a month I am not parking on the street. Bought a house, moved out, and it took months to get the deposit back. Not a good experience."

"Got back from a 9 day road trip arriving around midnight. So excited to be home. Parked in front of my apartment. Exhausted. Had to wake up at 8am to pick up my dogs from their sitters. CAR GOT TOWED. Had to walk to tow yard since that's my only car. $255 tow fee. TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY FIVE. Late to pick up dogs. At some point during my road trip my hanging park pass fell and wasn't visible. I didn't realize it. Sure, but come on. This shouldn't be a $255 mistake parking in front of my own apartment. You need to have better protections for your tenants in these instances. I know parking can be tricky at apartments but this just "feels" wrong."

"Maggie went above and beyond to accommodate our unexpected housing needs. She was sincere, kind, caring and considerate in dealing with us. In looking at one place that had just become unavailable, she recommended and even followed us to the other location and patiently showed us the unit immediately. We have previously looked with other companies and have never received as high quality service as Maggie gave us today.
