"We love it here! Mindy and Kaylee are awesome friendly and kind! Our apartment is huge and beautiful with lots of windows for plants and storage to keep organized. Neighbors were kind and welcoming, We are so greatful we found this place."
"We lived at Mullan Reserve for 3+ years and had an overall good experience with everything and everyone. It wasn't until we moved out that things were very inconsistent and not specific. We had a final inspection done of our apartment when we moved out and was told by a maintenance worker that it was one of the best/ cleanest apartments he has checked out. We were also told that we would get 24 hours after the final inspection to clean or make things right to try and help us get most of our deposit back. After we spent a few days cleaning and making sure everything was back to normal or better we moved out and didn't hear anything about our final inspection. We were also told that they have to have carpet cleaners come in no matter what but it would only be $75 out of our deposit. We found out later it was $175 dollars and that they also charged us for $285 for interior cleaning too. This was not itemized on what they had to have cleaned either. So all in all they told us one thing and did another. While we lived there we mostly dealt with Chantel and David who were excellent to work with whenever we had questions or something went wrong with the apartment. I don't know where the ball dropped after we moved out but this was pretty much the only bad experience we had as a whole. We lived at Corso apartment (their sister company) before Mullan Reserve and we pretty much got our whole deposit back since they had a checklist of expectations of things to be cleaned and stuff. Hopefully this helps someone in the long run. Overall good experience up until the end."
"I'll have to say that I've been having such a horrible experience with the staff, they have been completely unreasonable with me regarding final move-out expenditures, and I just think the world needs to know of their gross incompetence and overall rude, entitled attitude. If you want to work with people who won't listen and won't accommodate to your needs in any way, then you've found the best office for that pretty much anywhere. The apartment complex is so-so...definitely not worth the price tag, however...imagine paying $2k and not ever being able to find a spot when you come home from work."
"I lived here in 2015, and it was one of the worst and most costly mistakes of my life. When we moved out, they used our dog as an excuse to claim urine damage, even though he never once had an accident. We got a bill for full carpet replacement in every room, over $1300. Again, with no actual urine damage - just normal wear and tear. As part of the application process, we gave Mullan our employer and emergency contact info. They were *extremely* unprofessional about the way they used this sensitive info. They emailed and called these contacts about our "outstanding debt" to them within 24 hours of us first learning about this debt. Super manipulative and shady behavior. I am aware that management has probably changed since 2015, and I sincerely hope the place is being run differently now. But just in case the carpet scam is still taking place: If you currently live here, make sure to do the walk-through with them before turning in your keys. We turned in our keys first, and then they were legally allowed to do the walk-through without us, even though we requested to be there. That was why they were able to lie about the smell of urine. Final note, beware of all the 5-star reviews from people who still live at Mullan. All our problems with them only began once we moved out."
"Great apartment, location, staff, and amenities. We had a good experience with Mullan Reserve Apartments. It was great that they allow dogs. We never had any problems while living there. If something ever came up I could always email them and I would get a response right away. I did however read the reviews about the move out process and was a little nervous. But honestly it was a very easy process; Mackenzie explained all the charges and was very helpful. I would recommend this apartment to family and friends."
