"This was the perfect place for our family reunion! From grandparents to grandchildren and everyone in between it met every need. Dorinda and Dennis were outstanding hosts, providing supplies and information. The kids had a great time exploring the creek and beautiful grounds, they even forgot about their phones and iPads! The lodge is sensational and had plenty of room for all 14 of us, plus there is a creekside cottage that provides a bit of respite and serenity. All of this just a few minutes from downtown Missoula and outdoor adventures. We all loved our week at the lodge and made many great memories!!!"

"Butler Creek Lodge was the perfect place for our June wedding! The property is absolutely beautiful, and Dorinda and Dennis were the kindest, easiest people to work with. My two main concerns before booking was the poor cell service, and having the hosts on site with us the whole time. But, turns out, we were SO happy to have Dorinda there—she is so helpful, sweet and easygoing. And the cell service wasn't an issue either, as the lodge had WiFi and it gave people a good excuse to get off their phones. :) Just remember to tell your DJ to download songs before hand! It was so nice to have the lodge the night before the wedding, and the night of, so our close friends/family could stay with us and help setup/breakdown. This venue really is an amazing spot, and a great value - highly recommend."

"As a grief center, we seek copacetic, healing spaces to host retreats. Butler Creek Lodge never disappoints. Dorinda and Dennis have gone out of their way to create a cozy, clean, welcoming space in an absolutely stunning setting (and oh, did we mention how comfortable the beds and bedding were?! Amazing!). We enjoyed having space to host activities in the gazebo near the creek, making family style meals in the big kitchen, and gathering around the fire pit on the deck at the end of each day.
