"Jim the owner went out of his way to accommodate us in the jacuzzi suite. With the Griz game going on there wasn’t a lot of room but Jim made it happen. Would recommend this place to anyone."

"This is for all the haters on here. This motel is a gem. I don't know the Guy who runs it very well but I've observed him and he takes care of his sick Mother, while trying to run a motel at a point in time where nobody wants to work in this country. He genuinely seems to care about people over the almighty (failing) dollar. And they haven't sold out to the big corporations, which I'm sure they could have. I'm a Diamond Elite Member with Wyndham, Choice and Best Western, so I could be staying at any of those properties collecting points, but I choose the Thunderbird Motel now, and I will chose it next time as well."

"If you want a quiet night, this isn't the place because the train was passing very often, blowing its horn all night. The receptionist should have told us that before we paid. He was a friendly guy but too expensive for a disruptive night with the trains. The place needs fixing and a good paint job. The switch in the bathroom was broken, the paint in the bathroom was all bubbles and the toilet seat was cracked. Not worth the price."

"We were going out for a girls night out and wanted a hotel to get together after the bars this was about all it was good for the rooms definitely far from clean and I mean like bathtub had mold and the bedding was horrible! Sheets were clean but top blankets definitely dirty. Floor felt a little grimey but overall the customer service was great he jokes alot and was funny! If you want a spot to kick it with some friends without having any complaints this is the spot. But of course respect your neighbors and don't be disrespectful and loud."
