"Why only two stars? I am not a patient . But I brought a relative twice and waited in the waiting room. I watched and listened to the ladies at the front desk. I watched as they would roll their eyes at patients and guests after they would turn away from them. Then they would proceed to talk bad about them after they left or were taken back. Why am I posting this? I am sure this is a great place to have surgery. But something should be done by management. These are not young inexperienced women. This is mature people who should know better. Shame."
