"Paid them $3000 and they gave me a sham diagnosis not in the DSM 5 and gaslit me when I disagreed. Did my husband have any trouble getting diagnosed? Of course not. Did some research and the diagnosis they gave is widely agreed upon by the psychiatric community to be double speak and a label given to primarily women. Thought I’d be safe in a clinic of just women. NEURODIVERGENT WOMEN SHOULD AVOID."

"Great clinicians in my experience, not near the same qualiy in their front end staff. Constant issues with communication over 2 years as their client and it is like pulling teeth to ask them for help. A few months ago, they failed to notify my clinician of faxes pertaining to a leave of absence which resulted in such severe delays I lost out on 2 weeks of disability pay I was entitled to because documentation was submitted too late for any amendments or clarifications. Today, they cancelled an appointment for the holiday 2 days away with 0 plans to reschedule me. They called and left no voicemail so had I not seen the missed call, I would have gone an extra month without care because they didn't leave a message. Despite the quality of my therapist, these experiences are having me strongly considering finding a new provider soon."

"Scam -beware. It should be called TESTING CENTER. They do thousands of dollars of tests-don't accept insurance. Then they don't set you up for any treatment. There are long wait lists. What is the point of a diagnosis without treatment? This place is very SUS! We paid a lot of money to get our daughter "treated" but they just tested her and sent her on her merry way to fend for herself in the world of waiting lists and calling around to find a therapist. We thought they were the therapists! That's what we thought we were paying for! Suspiciously they gave her the same"

"Unfortunately their billing doesn't match up with their providers. My husband is a very forgetful person and he forgot to cancel an appointment. When he called they said 1 no show appointment would be covered at no charge. Then he got sick with pneumonia and forgot about his next appointment. We received a call from their billing telling us that both these visits would need to be paid for out of pocket at $170.00 each visit. We can't afford this and were using our benefits to pay for the visits in the first place. We were able to get 1 charge removed but the other they would not dismiss. I am very disappointed in their billing policies which is unfortunate because the therapist was so good at helping my husband. I would not recommend them for this reason. If their billing was as good as their providers I would feel differently. I can understand needing to have people cancel in a certain time frame but I feel like having someone miss such a small amount and being charged so much is ridiculous."

"Definitely recommend! A great company with great therapists. I had some trouble scheduling an appointment, originally, because I had a very specific therapist in mind that I wanted to see. But, the concept of matching a therapist to you based on your situation is very personal and I like the idea. They're very receptive to feedback on their processes. The offices are nice, everyone is professional, the waiting room has nice couches and drinks and they're pretty flexible with schedules."
