Check-in is quick and easy, minimal waiting, the front desk staff are friendly and professional, and the facilities are clean and organized. The Techs are great. They explain the process, answer questions, aren't too rushed to care, and have compassion and consideration. I have referred many others to Rayus over the last couple years, and they have also had good experiences."

"Worst, longest, most uncomfortable and unprofessional MRI experience of my LIFE — and I’ve had many! I am traumatized. I would avoid this facility at all costs — even if you are in pain and urgently in need of having an MRI after an injury and nowhere else has appointments available, as was the case for me this afternoon. A one-star rating here is being generous."

"They have a policy that prohibits a person to get reimbursed from their insurance if they self-pay at time of service. I believe them to be unethical."
