"Just need to use the restroom as I was working In The area . I was clean and polite and they just wouldn’t let me use the restroom . The front desk was very rude . Some overweight guard just acted like I was a threat to the toilet."
"This building is a magnificent structure! I love the university campus vibe and the open office space is great. Sad to see it mostly empty like other office spaces after COVID. Take a little stroll around the building and read some informational plaques inside. I hope more healthcare transformations come from here."
"The Transformation Center, is where leaders in health care will collaborate and be trained to develop and deliver the highest clinical quality at the lowest sustainable cost, it was made possible with a $20 million donation from local philanthropist and chairman of the Intermountain Foundation Board, Kem C. Gardner. While this center claims to train medical professionals and staff with the intention to deliver the highest quality clinics at a sustainably low cost there is a missing. As a SelectMed customer, I am not observing Intermountain Healthcare as adopting holistic and natural medicine. They seem to continue operating on an old chassis with new body panels. For example I like their billboards with positive wellbeing messages but this is superficial. If IHC is truly dedicated to lowering costs they will incorporate proven holistic practices like Vipassana Meditation for their staff and customers. There is much they can do to empower people to heal themselves mentally and physically--ultimately causing people to delude or irradicate the subconscious misery and suffering that makes people ill. A wholesome approach would inevitability unlock the human potential within us and the superpower of forgiveness, tolerance, gratitude, compassion, and LOVE. And lower costs and create a sustainably healthy culture and community we are returning to. The building was designed by innovative global architecture firm, NBBJ, whose work includes numerous medical facilities and other structures around the world."
"Just went to get a new badge as a transfer employee. It was extremely difficult to know where to go or how to make an appointment. Finally, I called security in which he set up appointment. I was told I could get a new badge with my new title by my new employer. When arrived I was service by RICHARD THE SECURITY officer. He then asked for my old badge, which he did not mentioned he needed on the phone. I told him it was not on my person and then that I’m not sure I knew where it was. He then accused me of being a liar on the phone of needing a new badge because I lost mine and that I needed to pay for this new one. He then went on a 10 min rampage of if I loose my car keys or my wallet…etc. he did not let me speak, he did not want me to speak or talk or interrupt him. I called him by his name BECAUSE THATS THE REASON WE WEAR A NAME BADGE. He then said I could not call him by his name because we were not friends. WHAT IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERMOUNTAIN??? I mean dang, I’m an employee, but is this how he treats other customers? Another day another man sitting on his white male privilege."
"What is this place? I literally cannot find any information on what demographics they service."
