"I have had imaging done at a hospital that was somehow billed by mountain medical. This is now the second time that I've been turned to collections for a small amount that I've never received a bill for. The collection company has my information correct so their office must. Extremely frustrating when I wasn't necessarily expecting a charge from Moutain Medical, but paid the hospital part of things. And then get turned to collections without any actual bill from Mountain Medical."

"This companies billing office is an absolute joke. I only gave it a one because zero is not an option. One of our employees that they had seen was injured while working. I called and spoke to a man that said he could not help me, that he would need to talk to the employee to give me permission. I had the employee call and he spoke to a woman that he said acted as though she did not want to be at work so he didn't know if she even did anything. Between the two of us we called 4 times and got absolutely not where!!! I did not need to get any information about our employee/their patient because I had it all in front of me. All I needed to do was give them our workers compensation information and then the problem would have been resolved."
