"Tosh Imaging has been fine for the actual MRIs that I have had done here. Desk staff is kind. The staff helping with the MRIs varies from kind and helpful to rushed and distant. Most recently I have had the unfortunate experience where the radiology staff lied to me about the prep materials that they were using to prep my skin for my IV with contrast. When I asked if it was alcohol, they said, "it is definitely alcohol." I had told both techs and added a short story to make the message clear that I was allergic to Chloraprep pads and that I would get an allergic reaction and be very uncomfortable if they used them on my skin. Now a few days later, I have the rash and I have called to double check what they had used. They lied again saying that it was alcohol. When I asked them to double check, they confirmed there was some chlorhexidine in the prep pads. I have now waited an additional hour and a half for a call back so that I can hopefully get treatment and start recovering from the allergic reaction. They were unable to write me a prescription, but they given me a number to make a complaint. They were kind. I just wish it hadn't gone this direction. Although mistakes happen, I would have appreciated better care and a quicker response with honesty. It is scary to think that patients with life threatening allergies might be put at risk if providers and technicians are not taking the time and care when patients are bringing up concerns while on the table. I hope to see improvements with time."

"Had an MRI of my spine done here awhile ago. Reception desk was fine. I wish I remember the name of the tech who helped me through the process, as she was wonderful. I'm claustrophobic, so I had taken a Valium prior to the scan, just in case, but her kindness and easygoing attitude really helped me through the process. She checked on me frequently, and spoke to me while the scan was being done. I had the scan done in the evening, which I definitely prefer, because there were no other patients there at the time and I didn't feel rushed. Will definitely come here again, if I need to have more scans."
