"Have had a lot of experience with TOSH through the years - going to physical therapy, injections, multiple surgeries and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my orthopedic needs. From the front desk, to the nurses, assistants, doctors, and physical therapists my experiences have been really good."

"We have had a wonderful experience at TOSH (or TOSC). Everyone, from the front office staff to the assistants and nurses, have been kind and helpful. Dr Sun is incredible! I never felt talked down to or rushed. He explained everything to me and my daughter (who was having surgery) and has a very personable bedside manner. They do run late a lot but such is life with healthcare. I would 100% recommend."

"every time i look at the scar on my knee — the knee replacement itself is probably/absolutely perfect; everyone said the surgeon was a perfectionist. giving a benefit of the doubt, maybe the surgeon stepped away & should have supervised even the incision being made if it wasn’t their work. either way … … how hard can it be to cut a straight line. i know i can’t draw a straight line, but i’m not the one making incisions. this one is (obviously) crooked. a client typically judges work done by what they can see and not by all the work they can’t see. otherwise, my care before & after was just great — !"

"IHC is for profit and want to get you in and out fast. I did not start PT until 3 sessions in due to disagreements they had I am assuming with a couple doctors i saw. Still unsure. Was not given an explanation but in accordance with my entire experience I feel they just cant give a damn. I was told to just do home stretches, they gave me a resistance band and said "it would be a good thing for you if you didn't come back." I scheduled 1 or 2 more appointments after that and my PT walked away from me during our session, only briefly returning to change whatever stretch I was doing, which were the same stretches they told me to just do at home. Message received, ihc. You suck."

"Jennifer Fawson is very dishonest and rude therapist assistant. She always complains about other clients and being overworked. Gossiping about her coworkers and toxic work environment. She overcharged for my visits and even when i mentioned to the front desk staff they said they needed to clear it through her and nothing was changed, she would mark me here when I wasn’t even at my appointment, due to illness or not being able to come in. These practices are very unethical and are in violation of the law. Definitely don’t recommend this place, it will have a negative impact."
