"Worst experience ever. Spouse switched to a lower cost approved provider that doesn't bill directly so we have to submit for reimbursement ourselves. Select Health has found multiple excuses not to reimburse and now totally ignores us. They were glad to cover higher cost prior provider. Terrible communication. Told multiple times to resubmit and then get totally ignored. When I do contact someone they just make up a new excuse. NOT RECOMMENDED."

"I have worked with Select Health for years as a member and also the last few years in a work relationship. They have been fantastic to work with and always have wonderful customer service. Just recently I was working on an issue and Cindi Beck in Individual Sales went above and beyond to help me resolve this issue. She could tell there was a lot of confusion in the issue, and took the time to say "I'm going to do some leg work and look into this a little more, and I will get back to you" instead of just transferring me. She then came back and offered multiple solutions to the issue, helping us find the best possible outcome. I really appreciate her patience in helping me and getting the right people involved to get to the bottom of this. Shawnee in billing was also wonderful to work with and patient in helping get the matter resolved to her best abilities.
