"I had an appointment today June 27 I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment at 8:00 am I tried to get into the clinic it was closed the person at the front desk Tiffany gave me a dirty look I think she said we OPEN at 8:00, ok no problem I went back to the clinic as soon as she unlocked the door. Didn’t greet I said good morning she did not reply I said my name she asked for my id, insurance card, she doesn’t know the words please or thank you a totally JERK I don’t understand why Care Atc always hire jerks for the front desk. We pay Health insurance to go to the clinic ( for free) we don’t deserve to be treat like that. When I leave never said thank you have a great day or anything, dogs move their tails, but Tiffany needs to learn manners TERRIBLE service. I go to this clinic only for blood work I don’t like the service. The nurse was GREAT very kind, polite, loves her job."

"I tried calling at 5:23pm on a Monday, but no one answered and it said it was closed. He then proceeded to say the hours they were open and it say 6am-6pm. Google also shows that to be their time. Please update your hours or please answer while you are open."
