"I have been attending weekly sessions with Alberto Varela for about five years. I have watched this office grow and blossom. The staff are always kind and respectful. You’re here for you and that takes courage.” I am a better version of me because of Alberto and the staff at Summit. Even just the normal everyday life stuff: careers, the economy, family, road rage, death of a parent, managing the anxiety and fear of starting my own business…we all need to take care of our mental health. I’m also someone that lives with a chronic autoimmune disease that has put me in the hospital a couple of times, and living with the disease can often cause depression and anxiety.
