"Horrible experience with Dr. Bruse. It's like his goal is to get in and out of the exam room a quickly as possible without looking at the issue, discussing the issue or being interested. Suggested if I didn't like my toenails he could remove them. My conversation with him was to the back of his head as he left the exam room about 60 seconds after walking in. Oh boy."
"I’ve been going to Davis Family for over 20 years. Good experiences until this week. Lane Heder is amazing, his MA not so much. I’ve been in pain for over a week and they found a diagnosis this morning at 10am. She didn’t send in my prescription until 6pm because she “didn’t know which one to send”. I will NEVER see Lane Heder again because of this experience with her. Patients are not her priority. Clearly."
"Really frustrated with location issues. The doctors evidently move between clinics but that information does not get communicated to the patients. The friendly text reminder message does NOT tell you which location. So ASK about location when you schedule your appointment! Other than that, they're great."
"Normally had good experiences here but lately the wait times have been really long. Case in point, I had an appointment and waited in the exam room for an hour without seeing anyone. When I questioned the nursing staff about the delay I got a very unprofessional and bad tempered response from the nurse basically telling me they were busy and I needed to wait my turn. Left without being seen. Hopefully management can address both the scheduling and patient experience issues."
"Doctor Williams truly cares about your child. He is very personable and makes sure that your needs and the needs of your baby are met. He is very caring towards our baby girl. We highly recommend him."
