"I Walk in and there are 4 girls at the front desk. They all sit there and stare like deer in headlights. Not a hello...Instead, they literally said "who are you", "who are you seeing". So rude! They all look completely clueless. It was absurd. The one girl at the front desk sat on her cell phone the entire time we were there! Finally the other girl decided to get up out of her chair and help. We finally got checked in. Our 1st impression was of absolute disgust. They need to train people on how to provide customer service! Get off your GD phone!"

"The staff here are super helpful, and very knowledgeable. Everyone, including the docs, is up front about procedures (including a painful shot I had to get) and very accommodating. 5/5 I'll stick with Watson and his staff."

"Extremely unprofessional. We were Waiting in the waiting room and the ladies In front were gossiping about patients! Very rude and disrespectful. the front desk were acting like teenagers.. They were making us feel uncomfortable and not welcomed. The loud laughing and whispering is very immature."

"Injured my hip in December 2021 and ended up getting a steroid injections on 3 separate occasions, last one by Dallin Demondaunt a month ago. The Dr. also refereed me to a Physical Therapist which I went to a couple times before getting an exercise regiment down to do at home. The injection worked for a couple weeks, then started stiffening up again. I called Davis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine to speak with Dallin, for possible options knowing he is limited to injections and non surgical procedures. Dallin's MA returned the call, refusing to let me speak with the Doctor and not willing to give me any options/referral without making another appointment. Dallin was thorough in his examination, treatment, and explained what he was able to offer for relief, which I took. I can not say anything positive about his MA, who obviously is more concerned with filling his calendar and draining the bank then the patients well being, and is extremely rude. A referral to a Dr. who offers a range of options would have have been sufficient but having to make an appointment with a doctor, to make another appointment with another doctor is absurd. I see more of the same type of reviews, with multiple appointments for the same issue with no resolution. 21 reviews, which 12 below satisfactory says a lot. Wish I would have payed attention to the reviews before making an appointment to begin with. . Once is all it takes for me to say ..... Been there.. won't do that again."

"I had Dr Lyman when he was still at the clinic. He was great. Slow yes, and the staff might have been slow, but I felt well cared for. I also felt well informed which is huge. Everyone in the office is friendly. Don't plan on a fast visit, but, if you're not in a hurry this is a great clinic."
