"My mother and I went to this urgent care. We were last among everyone who came after us even though we arrived at about 8:30pm. My mom was thinking they forgot so she went to ask but the workers there were being so rude back and disrespectful. The glasses with black hair also lied to my mother saying we were next. As soon as they got us began to be pushy and aggressive with her tone of voice. The one who was taking my blood pressure/weight had blonde hair, skinny and tattoos on her arm and told us we arrived late as soon as she gets us. The one who was making small comments in the back was big, glasses and had black hair. I believe in a medical professional area you should not give this type of disrespect with patients especially the way they were speaking to us and telling us from behind to “ go go “ while walking through the door. The doctor was nice and I understood her telling us how they had to take bleeding, fever patients first. My mother and I just had thought it was first come then they go by order."
"We had such an incredible experience here the other night. My 5 year-old had the back of her earring EMBEDDED in her ear. I was like this is crazy, there is no way they are going to want to handle this. My daughter was not a happy camper and they were so patient and even though it was a little traumatic for her they handled it so smoothly and professionally. The doctor had her ear numbed in no time and pulled it out as fast as possible saving a lot of stress for my daughter. Very impressed!!"
"From the front desk to the nurses to Dr Scott Cardon, my experience at the Tanner Clinic Urgent Care was phenomenal. I was seen quickly, put at ease about my concerns and Dr Cardon ordered tests for me that helped resolve issues I've been trying to get help for for almost a year. They actually listened to me and communicated quickly and clearly which other doctors in the past haven't done. I know it sounds dramatic but honestly, this team might have saved my life and I'm so grateful they took me seriously when no one else did. I'd gladly wait an hour or more to be seen here."
