"The staff here are extremely rude. I was surprised at communication from basic questions to concerns. Responses have sealed the deal for me not to come here again. Also, the kept my insurance card and ID. It took two days to get it back because no one could find it due to carelessness and lack of communication of associates. When I first called I scheduled an appointment almost two weeks in advanced to have them cancel less than 24 hours prior because they failed to mentions that there was a some information missing that was needed to proceed. The only positive thing I have to say is the facility is clean, the equipment is new, and the appointment was quick."

"I won't ever use Rayus again! I tried for three months to pay a bill but it was nearly impossible. Their online bill pay doesn't work. I was on hold waiting for a customer service rep for an hour then gave up. This might appear to be a 'local' provider but it's a large, poorly run national group that doesn't seem to care."

"I was told over the phone that RAYUS did walk-ins, so I did just that. I was immediately unimpressed when I walked in and saw that the receptionist had his ear buds in-and didn’t take them out before helping me. He asked if I had an appointment, which I didn’t. He continued to ask me questions that made me feel like I wouldn’t be able to be seen without an appointment. He was very unprofessional and made me feel like I was bugging him. I was referred by my Chiropractor and was told great things about them so I was hopeful for a better experience."

"My appointment with RAYUS was perfect from the minute I walked in and when i left. Their receptionist was very kind and professional and so was the technician. My comfort was very important to them. They even found my favorite singer, John Prine, on Pandora, for me to listen to during the MRI. (I was there on 2-17-23). I would absolutely recommend them without a second thought. Very clean, professional and kind."

"I went into rayus at their new Layton needing to get an MRI. i has three kids under 6 and no one to help watch them. I was very nervous how i could manage them, and a 30 minute procedure. Right away the front desk lady jumped up, offered to watch them, feed them and entertain them. I was shocked. She went up and beyond what i was expecting. She ended up even changing a dirty diaper and answering my husbands call. The place was so clean and new. And both employees were very nice and calming. I couldn’t be happier with this clinic!!! And will be forever grateful!"
