"Came in with my fiancé to get our kid checked up from Dr wade. Not that I'm blaming him for what I overheard from their front desk workers. no consideration on what they are saying in a public workspace. EDIT: I am glad Rico got a hold of me. Place is great. The issue I had with their front desk was handled accordingly. They didn't want that issue as much as the next person. Better to have it handled than loose my cool and yell at someone. Thanks for handling it Rico. you rock."

"My 5 yo daughter used to be terrified of the dentist. So much so we couldn’t even get x-rays for her and had to do sedation appointments for her. The staff is so patient and kind and continued to work with her over the past years. This last appointment my daughter excitedly came in for her cleaning and let the assistant do a full set of x-rays for the first time! After that was done she went right to her chair by and let the assist clean her teeth and let the dentist do the exam. No crying, no trying to escape, and No cavities! They all high fived her and told her how amazing she’s doing. Hillfield Pediatric has taken her dental experience from a state of terror to something she’s excited about!! Would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND 100% for big kids and little kids. You won’t find a better more patient staff anywhere!! "We had an administrative problem with our insurance in 2023 and my five year old developed a bunch of cavities. We had an appointment with a company for discounted dental for him, but the tooth had an abscess and became badly infected beforehand. These people worked with me, waived some of the fees they were entitled to, and extracted the abscessed tooth at a really reasonable price. They gave me a treatment plan to bring to the discounted dental place for the less urgent stuff. My son feels 100 percent better and hour later. They did this with sensitivity and did not make me feel worse about this situation than I already felt. I am so grateful for the compassionate care I received from them. They will be the dentist for my five children starting in 2024 when my insurance clears up. Thank you, so much"
