"Management is horrible!!! My daughter lived there for six years and always paid her rent. She kept her apartment tidy. Then, when they decided to raise the rent by $300 per month, she didn’t pass the lease application because she didn’t have a roommate at the time. I told management I would pay rent for three months in ADVANCE if they would give her time to find a roommate so she could afford the new increased rent amount. They ignored me and wouldn’t even respond to my messages I would leave. My daughter was forced to move out at last minute. Then they came up with about six different charges on the final bill so she ended up owing them money! It was a real nightmare with absolutely no cooperation whatsoever. They also would not let me cosign on her rent so to give them confidence rent would get paid if help was needed. They wouldn’t do that either. This really upset our lives, and we had to scramble at the last minute and find people to help her move and luckily she found a friend who let her move in temporarily but she still has to find a place again. I do not recommend these apartments because of the management, and their lack of ability to be HUMAN."

"Professional office and staff. That offer affordable housing for updated apartments. They are very responsive to all inquiries. As well as helpful explaining things regarding the apartments that catch your interest. Trust worthy and professional proceed with them."

"We’ve lived here since November 2019, and have never once had any issues. Unfortunately we are moving across the country, and I think we may have been spoiled with good management, prompt service when requests come up (extremely rare), and a GREAT community of neighbors. The park is awesome for our toddler and kept in good condition. I don’t like summertime so I never used the pool but there are people out having fun daily. I often come home late at night and see the pool being maintained well. Internet is now included I believe and it works wonderfully. Management contacts by email whenever necessary in a clear and thorough manner. Zero complaints here. If I had to choose an apartment over again, I’d choose here in a heartbeat."

"The thing I love best about this place is that maintenance is so prompt. I usually don’t have to wait for more than a day to have something taken care of. Maybe a bigger thing like the water heater might require ordering someone and hiring a specialist, but it’s at least checked out right away and fixed very soon. Management is very professional and keeps you updated on things like water outages (which are rare) as soon as they learn of them. The playground, lawns, and pool are all maintained properly. Great place to live, especially with kids."
