She is so good to us residents; always going the extra mile to service our needs and complaints (which are few). We are well taken care of thanks to Sharon. She is so kind, empathetic and caring besides having a great sense of humor. If Olympus at the Canyons Apartments were wonderful enough to reside at , Sharon just makes the living here that much better!"

"Sharon is a wonderful manager. She always seems cheery when I talk to her, no matter the issue at hand. She always seems to have everything well in hand. You can feel that she really cares about her tenants. You’re not just a number with her. And part of her charm is that she has a Maintenance Man like Alex. He’s proficient and knowledgeable. He’s polite when he’s serving and responds very promptly to address any problem. He’s patient with issues and doesn’t leave a mess. I’ve also seen him proactively address impending repairs BEFORE anyone complains about them. Who does that!?! Both of these stellar people make Olympus at the Canyons a great place to live! They need raises!"

"Office staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful. The townhouse itself is why I'm leaving 3 stars. Everything is the unit is pretty run down, and the appliances are easy-bake-oven level of quality. Everything in my unit has broken at least twice and I've only lived here a few months."

"No issues with the community. Has been an enjoyable place to live for two plus years. Maintenance and office staff are easy to work with. Maintenance crew takes care of any issues promptly. The staff listens to concerns and follows through with positive outcomes for the resident. They help make renting easy. Would highly recommend."
