"I've been here at Incline about a year and a half and I love it here. Meet great new friends and I love my apartment. New manager Scott is awesome! he is pro-active and has our best interest at heart. the rest of the staff is great also. My greatest concern is all the dogs! To many and loud. And to may accidents! Concerned about some of the type of dogs too. I love dogs but there seems to be more dogs than people and some of them are aggressive. Maybe limit 1 to an apartment? Oh well it's great place to be!"
"My mother lived at Incline for 2-1/2 years. She really liked the people who lived there and had a great experience with the maintenance workers. There are three elevators for the entire complex and they were very often out of order which is a big deal for a 55+ community. She moved out over 3 months ago because the rent increases were too expensive. When she asked the manager why they are raising the rents so much each year for people on a fixed income, she said "Because we can." Before leaving, my mom spoke to the manager several times about moving out. She gave her appropriate notice and did what she asked her to do to complete the move out process. For two months after my mom moved out, she received emails saying her rent was due. She is still receiving texts saying she has parcels to pick up and will be charged a storage fee if she doesn't pick them up. The parcels in the text messages are not for her. She also has not received any of her deposit back. Her apartment was immaculate when she left. She has called multiple times. If someone answers, they tell her they will check on her situation and get right back with her, but no one has ever called her back. If she leaves a message on the machine, no one calls her back. She has gone into the Incline office a few times to talk to them about the situation. Once, they told her things are backed up because of the new computer system, but they will get her deposit processed as soon as possible. Another time, they told her the old manager was fired leaving 30+ move outs needing to be processed and they would get back to her as soon as possible. At this point, I doubt they will ever give her money back to her. I hope they hire a new manager who can get things organized, because it has the potential to be a good place to live."
"Incline has been so great! My friend that lived there has been battling Parkinsons disease for 20 years and is now in an assistant living. He was at incline for a year and a half. The staff and specifically Trish were amazing and always made sure he got what he needed. The residents there were also so nice and made him very welcomed. I don't have a negative thing to say but that I would fully recommend Incline at Athem to anyone considering living in a 55+ community. Thank you Incline for all you did for my friend!"
"UPDATE: I’ve been a resident for a full year and wanted to update my review. Staff: Trisha and Callie are two of the most considerate, all around fantastic people on the planet. I’ve lived in a lot of places and they are top notch property management professionals! Anytime I’ve had an issue or concern, they have been quick to resolve it. I am so thankful for them! The maintenance team is top notch! The community and the grounds are well kept, and they are impeccably fast when it comes to work orders. Last winter on the coldest day of the year the battery died in my car and one of our maintenance guys took the time out of his day to jumpstart my car. We had one of the harshest winters and they were meticulous about removing snow from walkways and roadways to make sure everyone was safe. Anytime you see an Incline staff member around the property they are quick to say hello and give a friendly smile. The management team always communicates upcoming events, and updates to the community in a timely manner. APARTMENTS: The individual apartments themselves are well appointed and spacious. I love having a large closet and full-sized washer and dryer in unit. The tall ceilings and large windows are perfect and make it feel like less of an apartment and more of a home. Unlike other apartments I’ve lived in, I never hear my neighbors, the soundproofing between units is fantastic. The features of my apartment including the ceiling fan, accent lighting and wood floor really make it feel luxurious. The kitchens are large and have stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinets and a large pantry. AMENITIES: The community has plenty of uncovered parking. The pool and hottub are the crown jewel of the community, it is always clean, well kept and very relaxing. There is plenty of seating and 3 cabanas in the pool area. I really appreciate the parcel lockers as I do a majority of my shopping online. The gyms offer a variety of machines from basic cardio to CrossFit. There’s always activities planned from bingo and game night to food trucks, you will never be bored or disappointed at Incline. I’ve had friends over and they refer to the Incline community as a resort. COMMUNITY: The community being keycard access adds an additional level of security. At night the community is well lit. And they also have security patrol as an additional level of safety. Overall, I love the Incline community, and my apartment and am glad I found this community. The team here have truly thought of everything to make living here enjoyable and pleasant experience. ORIGINAL REVIEW 2022: This is absolutely a 5 star community and the best community I have ever lived in! Trisha, Ben & the maintenance team at Incline at Anthem are fantastic. The grounds and community areas are meticulously maintained, the amenities are spectacular, you have a pool, hot tub, billiards lounge, there are multiple fitness areas onsite including a gym, separate CrossFit gym, Yoga studio, and even package lockers for shopping online. I really like that they have multiple BBQ grills on site so you do not have to wait for one. I feel safer having the community being key-fob access only. The apartments are spacious with Stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, upgraded soft-close cabinetry and tall ceilings and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. There are upgraded features like the LED lit bathroom mirrors. There is plenty of closet space in the apartments. Valet trash makes it even better- no having to go out to a dumpster in the rain, snow or Utah heat. They come with the washer & dryer included where other communities charge for them. The apartments on the 2nd and 4th floor have white cabinets while the other floors have the darker cabinets. The internet is really fast also which was really important to me. I really love the location, you are close to practically everything you would need from groceries, fast food, coffee, entertainment at Mountain View Village and recreation at Oquirrh Lake and nearby trails. You could not ask for a better location."
"My parents wanted to retire in Salt Lake City. I found this great 55+ community and could not be happier. The staff are all very friendly. The onsite maintenance is very helpful and responds quickly. Great value for apartments near Daybreak!"
