"good environment, good facilities but I don't agree with the price, we pay for everything even to throw away our garbage and for car parking and recycling I think they should adjust the prices of living here"

"The trash valet service is horrific if you live on the 4th floor after so many write ups for having the bag on the ground (I didn't have the plastic container for 6 months that they provide) and when you don't have it perfect they won't Even take the trash it wouldn't be so bad if the garbage compactor wasn't so far. Also they will charge you $50 for so many trash write ups. The kids in the area aren't the best my kids have had quite a few issues with the other kids in the area"

"Horrible! Lived here only a year and every month they would add on about $500 and make up different names for what the random charges were, when we moved out they said we owed $612 for things that were just normal wear and tear, carpets were fine and just needed a shampoo, they charged for replacing the lightbulbs when we moved, etc. stuff that legally they are not supposed to charge for. Have been unable to make payments and now they at garnishing my wages and saying I now owe $1966!!! Also the hallways were always dirty and there was writing on the walls and the head office lady was always very rude! We were brand new to Utah when we moved here so just kind of went with were we could get in, I highly recommend you do not move here save your money and go to Sterling village apartments in South Jordan where you get treated better and a lot more for your money!"

"If you are looking for a new home you don't need to look anymore. The staff are great there just like family, If you have any issues they get it resolved in a very timely manner. Maintenance staff are so helpful. Office and Maintenance are very professional they all go out of their way that makes living awesome. All of my neighbors are great."

Cheers! Update: The supervisor (didn't catch his name) and Ryan on the maintenance team are absolutely phenomenal! We were having issues with an appliance in our apartment and the team came as soon as possible fix the issue. It was less than 24 hours before we had someone at our door here to help. It was not an immediate emergency so we were okay to wait. They were so kind and helpful throughout the process. You can not ask for a better maintenance crew! Happy to live here!"
