"My experience with Copperwood apartment complex has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite being parked in an open spot in the parking lot, my car was towed without warning. The management assured me that they would reimburse me for the towing fees, but it has been nearly two weeks, and I have yet to receive any compensation. What truly compounds the issue is the manager's blatant disregard for my concerns. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, they continue to dodge my calls and emails, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. The lack of communication and accountability from the management team is both frustrating and disappointing. Overall, the service at Copperwood has been abysmal. I urge anyone considering renting at this complex to think twice before making a commitment. The sheer incompetence and lack of respect shown by the management is inexcusable, and I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-oriented living experience."

"Just moved in and couldn't be any happier. Alexa was my agent and she made the move in process smooth and, if there were any problems Esmeralda was there to step in and Robert was kind enough to lend his hand as well, all in all great experience!"

"Yeah me and my roommates made the mistake of not looking at the reviews before we moved in and really regret that now. When we first did a tour it seemed nice and they put on a really good front, but then as soon as we moved in we have had nothing but problems. Our neighbor are extremely loud, leave trash in front of their doors all the time (that they are supposed to be fined for but nothing is done about it), appliances are constantly falling apart and breaking and maintenance does nothing about it (we literally had to make 2 different requests for things to be repaired, go into the front office 3 different times and complain, and schedule 2 different appointments with them before they finally came and only did half the job), people are constantly smoking in this "no smoking" complex, we had a car towed and had to pay to get it back even though we gave the apartment all the info on it, the gym is constantly trashed and half the equipment is broken, pool area is constantly a mess, the model apartment is all updated and nice but the actual apartment only has half those amenities and are done poorly, the trash cans are constantly overflowing, landscaping is rarely taken care of, snow isn't even really shoveled and when they do shovel they do the sidewalk but not the paths to the apartment, cars are constantly being worked on in the parking lot and take up multiple spots, the sinks look nice but are awful at draining, and while I have many other complaint one of the scariest things is that we constantly have problems with wireless things, devices like Alexa, and my cars voice feature is always triggered like it's listening when driving in the parking lot and no where else unless I trigger it. overall I have nothing good to say about CopperWood besides the location."

"Here we go again... this will be my, 3rd review? It gets fun because every review just gets worse and worse because this place gets worse and worse by the day. My husband and I have been renting here for almost 3 years. It started off as the best place we could've asked for. It was close to work, clean, and close to shops! And then something happened somewhere and now we're in a situation that is beyond my comprehension. I'll skip over the trash ptoblem and the mold and the parking because every other bad review for this place talks about it (yeah, it's that bad). A few months ago (about 6), our next door neighbors moved out and a group of young guys moved in. And ever since then it has been absolute hell living here (more than it already was). Every weekend since they moved in it has been non-stop partying from Friday afternoon's until Sunday evenings. The situation had gotten so bad that our entire floor of people ended up calling the cops on these guys. Their patio has become the next dumpster area, there are cigarette buds everywhere, beer bottles in the playground, and they constantly smoke weed and burn incense in the hallway - all of which is against the apartments rules and regulations and is grounds enough for immediate eviction but I guess not for these guys?. A few weekends ago when the cops came out, things got pretty heated and now we're in a hostile environment with these neighbors. I have been blocked by two of these residents from entering my own apartment, causing me to walk around the front of the building (which has been blocked off by scaffolding for almost 10 weeks now, if not longer) and jump over our patio fence to get inside. My husband has been verbally assaulted by these residents, my kids have been threatened, and the partying has gotten worse. We have made complaint after complaint and the convenient excuse is "the legal process for this takes a long time", meanwhile these guys get slapped with a 50$ fine every few weeks or so and nothing changes. We have decided to end our lease with Copperwood and we can not move far enough away from here. This place is hostile, unsanitary, and unsafe. For ANYONE looking to live here, please don't. DON'T !!!! Don't believe their pictures, videos, or Facebook posts. You will regret it 100% and be trapped once you sign their lease."

"horrible place to live. parking is awful, never enough spots and they made it so you HAVE to have a parking pass (which costs money of course) even for the unassigned spots, which by the way, they told us THEY ARE OUT OF PARKING PASSES. so good luck getting a spot close by and not getting towed. most people have to park in the neighborhood across the street. the rent is far too much for what they offer. not to mention the garbage is always overflowing, and they do not have recycling. staff and management never get back to you, and maintenance takes forever. the apartments itself is gross, the stairs, the floors, and the railings are all covered in dirt and stains. disappointed with moving here."
