"I had Knighton plumbing come out and look at an issue with our water heater and water softener. We decided to purchase a new and upgraded quality water softener which was installed same day. The issue with the water heater was a bit odd. It would randomly make a whining noise but it was very hard to determine where the sound was coming from. We thought we had the issue fixed but that night the problem came back. Knighton plumbing came back out and was very helpful in trying to help as soon as they could.
