He walked through the damage that was caused and how to fix it. Soon after they came out and cleaned up the mess. During the whole process they respected our house, as well as our kids and kept me in the loop of each step they were taking. This team is amazing, from the scheduling team to the crew who cleaned up. If you're in this unfortunate situation you can trust they will be their every step of the way, making you feel comfortable about the situation. If I could give 10 stars I would.
