"Mike called me before he delivered my new dishwasher to let me know when he'd be arriving. He asked me to take care of a couple of things beforehand, to be ready for the install. He arrived on time and from the start was curtious and professional. He was upfront with what he needed to do in order to get it done. During the install he was great with a conversation and was fantastic with my pug. He made sure I was taken care of before he left. Thanks Mike!"
