"So glad this shop fixed my vibration. I purchased new tires from another Big O shop and after giving them two opportunities to get the tires balanced and they failed. I was near this Big O and thought I'd give them a try and they balanced them and they ride so much better (also at no cost). I would have given them a 5 star review however, the first guy checking me in was playing a game on his phone literally while asking me questions about my car and trying to determine if the tires were out of balance or something else was wrong with my vehicle. The game on your phone can wait and maybe let the folks in the shop determine what's wrong with my vehicle and spend your effort communicating my issue to them instead of playing games on your phone."
