"Bought a brand new fridge and the defrost heater was not working. Called and had a tech come to my house the next day and got my parts in just a few days. Seriously the best experience I've ever had. The front desk is super helpful and the techs are very nice respectful and knowledgable. Will definitely use this place if I have any problems in the future with appliances!!! 10/10 recommend!"

"We had our roll-around portable dishwasher fail and got an appointment very quickly. A friendly, polite service professional showed up and diagnosed the issue as a failing pump to drain the dishwasher. I agreed to the further work and a part was ordered. When it arrived it was installed and proved to work in a brief test. Later that night the dishwasher failed in the same way as it did initially. I phoned and got an appointment for a repeat visit with one of the assistant managers. When the assistant manager came out he worked on the problem for quite some time before telling me that there was a blockage and that the whole attachment connected to the drain line would have to be replaced at an additional price that was more than what I already paid. I pointed out that with this further money it was getting close to have been cheaper to buy a new unit, and the manager agreed. I declined the further work. A couple days later a friend of mine came over and took the dishwasher apart and checked the line and the attached sump. There were no issues that we could see. He reassembled the unit and it has been working fine. I understand the difficulty in diagnosing issues, but it seemed that just replacing one part after another as a solution did not instill a lot of confidence in me."

Their diagnostic fee is lower than most competitors and gets rolled into cost of repair if you choose. Time window was between 12-4pm. Technician arrived at 2:30pm. Highly recommend.
