"I literally had to create this company's maps page to downvote it. The psychologist (Ron) is a good dude and listens and is great while in office...and that's where it ends. Trying to figure out billing snafus or figuring out how to arrange schedules is a joke. He delegates/outsources the office administration to some third party who never communicate. I have emailed every week for about three months now about a billing issue with no response. I'll get invoices months after service .. while still being owed $400. Literally driving me crazy, which is convenient, with Ron being a shrink and all. UPDATE, Jan 2024: I just got another bill. For things I've already paid for. In 2022. I haven't set foot in this office since March 2023. So if you're wondering if they got their admin problems sorted out, the answer is no. No, they did not."
