Dr. Gradick has completed her internship at Massachusetts General Hospital for Children, and her Pediatrics residency and a Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship at the University of Utah.

Dr. Gradick is a pediatric palliative care physician and general pediatrician, with interests in trainee wellness, language inclusivity, and anti-racist health care reform. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Gold Humanism Honor Society, and serves as the Physician Wellness Champion for the Office of Graduate Medical Education.

In her free time, Dr. Gradick enjoys hiking in the mountains with her family, cooking plant-based recipes, and reading children's books.
